banana wrap-ice cream thrilled
Morning sunshine.
No, I didn't sleep after sahur today.
Yup, its not that important, but I keep good track of my 8hour sleep.
We have come to the 10th day today. Technically the first cyle are over. The first part of this month (first 10 days) is a period wherein the blessings of Allah. The middle part (second 10 days) is the part for forgiveness. The last part (last 10 days) is freedom from the hell fire. Don't forget the door of Hell fire are closed without a single door left opened, the doors of Heaven are opened without any doors closed.
I wanna share the joy of CNN's four weeks series of modern Islam that runs daily throughout Ramadhan. Interesting ey? And you could be involved. Pay Muslim in 2010 a visit, it certainly put a smile on you in this holy month. Spread the words!
Since Ramadhan is the month of nada waste, and thankful for what you have in remembrance of the under privilege, we take the opportunity to cook most night. Yesterday, me and dib had a lovely homemade dessert. Nothing bizarre but grand! So if you are lazy yet reckon good food like us, try our invention! Peal off the banana's skin, then slice it into two. Wrap bananas with the thin popia wrapper, stick the end with water. Fry it, not too brown though. Dry the oil away. Scoop vanilla ice cream on top of your wrap or by the side whichever you prefer. If you have maple syrup, perhaps a drop or two would do good, strawberry syrup do awesome too. And walla, you will have it melts in your mouth with the sound of the crunchy wrapper. Mind blowing!
Bless you!
