the world is yours

Hey!
The Penang Bridge Marathon is around the corner. Yup, the long wait to wrap up my 4th half marathon for this year. I haven't been training much, but I did manage to wake up the muscles and most importantly enjoyed reaching the "runner's high" - that euphoric, clear, and calm state I feel after a long run.

People,
When you feel down, angry, mad, sad, left out, depressed, clueless, empty, lazy, bored, confused or even feel there is a urge to do something and the list go on... Pick running.

Running is a great stress reliever and even relieve mild depression. It helps ensure the efficient flow of blood and oxygen throughout the body, things that are proven to help decrease the risk of a heart attack.

Research shows that healthy adults who exercise regularly are generally happier than those who don't. As a runner, you'll likely feel more energetic and creative.
